Warranty Program for GT series

- d.gen will provide full warranty without any time limit if customer use d.gen original inks.

- Distributor must provide to d.gen monthly HISTORY REPORT from the printer.

- In case of bad printing results and/or the heads present more than 5% nozzle out; distributor has the right to claim warranty heads.

Distributor will change the heads on the customer site following this procedure:

a. Test print and history report before changing the head plus 1 meter of sample printed.
b. Replace the defective head.
c. Put the defective head under vacuum package
d. Test print and history report with new head.
