The key reason of using DTP is, reduce labor cost and pollution and make possible of on-demand mass production.
Put colors on textile by paper transfer or any kind of solvent ink is not regarded as printing on textile .
DTP operates with inkjet printer instead of screen printing.
So pre-treatment and post-processing are required as like traditional textile printing.
Digital printing has no limit of color or length of fabric and very easy to express gradation.
Digital Printing provide almost 100% penetration as same color front and rear. This allows high quality fashion applications such as silk scarf, blouse, etc

| You can see the standard system configuration above.
The machines are all SolventZ base. Each equipment gets the scanned or edited data or creates by itself, and then sends those to the computer (IBM PC) through working in MAC or PC. In the computer, the data are programmed for customer's purpose and the computer sends these data to the printing machine. With the final setting values of the data, you can print on the media for your purpose in the printing machine.
This system configuration is same as of high-quality digital printing. The equipments, ink, and media (solvent ink, flex, sheet papers) are different only but it occupies a big portion in this system. As printing outputs must be presented with variety of color, RCR (Rip for experts) is required to use and sometimes you should use MAC for a purpose.
